![]() ![]() So it was very annoying, because i got asked like 5 times what did I order, when and the last four digits, and every time I’d respond another person in the customer service would email me and ask me the same thing again. Yea, I ended up emailing them numerous times, but the way their emails work is that they are tied to your order, so if they don’t have an order in their system everytime you respond back a new person gets your email and they have no idea what the previous person said. To me it seems like there was a glitch right as I paid, which made the payment go through, but not the order, which left the items still in my cart.Īnyways, has this happened to anyone else and if so, how was it resolved? Also the two items I have ordered are just sitting in my cart and they are out of stock right now. The money was taken out of my account as soon as I made the order, unfortunately I didn’t take a screen shot of the confirmation of the order once I paid, so I don’t have an order number. I know that they were probably off for the new year period, so hopefully I’ll get an email this week, but I’m just wondering has this happened to anyone else and if so how was it resolved? I got asked to send them my name, address & last four digits of my debit card that I used, but I still haven’t heard anything back. I ended up emailing them on Tuesday (the 29th) and got a response on the 30th saying that there is no order matching my email address. ![]() I thought I’d give it a few days, but nothing came and under ‘orders’ in my account there was nothing. Usually order confirmations are automatic, so it was weird that I didn’t get one when I made my order. ![]() I made an order on wayfair uk on the 25th or 26th, not quite sure and I didn’t receive any order confirmation. ![]()
